A Halloween Weekend
We went to Hubers farm this weekend for our little family traditional pumpkin pickin. it's about an hour away from louisville in starlight indiana we go every year so hunter can pick his punkin out of the patch but this year we just took the ride to the patch and walked around and "acted" like we were pickin one cause they are too expensive when you can get one on the side of the road from one of those wagons for $2.00...
we ate, shopped, took a tractor ride to the patch, paid $5 for the Huber family fun / activity area...(slides, sling shots, paint ball, goat feeding, fishing etc.) we went in the corn maze, which wasn't that BIG or anything but as we were walkin around mom decided to pull a corn cob off the stalk so of course all of us and the kids had to get ours... lol so i pull one, hunter linzy and jill are all pullin em off right and left. they gave me some and feed the rest to the cows which are eating the WHOLE!!! crazy watchin a cow eat a whole cobb!!! anyway so i hide my 3 things of corn cause i didn't want to have go through the whole "buying" them.. plus i didn't know if they were suppose to be picked or not so i put them in my jacket that i was carrying around cause it WAS cold... so we go over and do our "apple sling shots" and i throw the jacket on the ground so i could do my apples... needless to say we all suck and none of us got our apples in the hole but when we were done linzy walks over to my jacket and picks it up... im like.. NO NO N...... too late... CORN on the ground in plain sight of WORKERS and everything! lol she looks around with her mouth hangin open and throws my jacket back over the corn and walks away! LOL too funny! AND then after all that... as we were walkin out to the car (over by the apple trees) hunter starts pullin apples off the trees and mom is like NO hunter that's STEALING! and he says no it's not it's a TREE and linzy chimes in... IT'S NATURE... how is THAT stealing! lol *shakin head* bad bad bad.... look what i have created... then hunter says to me..."do you still have that corn?" i told him no but they were still in my jacket LOL but he STILL took two "perfect" apples from the trees... hee hee we are bad! can't take us NO WHERE! ;)
Later that night me and my husband go out with our friends robyn sean josh and deena to a hunted house... this one was called "field of screams" (nifty - radio commercial just came on for it) it's the largest halloween attraction in kentucky! :) so of course we had to experiance it. LOVE EM!
lol it's too funny seeing my 6'5" husband running away from Micheal Myers hee hee that is the one that Eefs him up! lol too tooo FUNNY! he damn near pulled my arm out of socket... we were walking through the corn maze and he sees his mask and he is a yellin... WHAT IS THAT!?!?! i didn't even see him but he was moving pretty fast so it wasn't long before i did! Mark was already GONE by then... lol then after that - i guess mark was in the back and forgot about him being back there cause i heard.... OH SHIT and then mark runs past like a deer and then i look back and Mr myers was behind me and raises his killer weapon up like he is going to hit me.... i freaked and took off...hee hee
oh and then after i think i can't be scared anymore after all that... this little eeffer pops out of the corn and jumps in front of me... i SCREAM... i don't think i have ever screamed like that before (for REAL) im the one that screams for NO reason or to FREAK other people out... but that was REAL and my bladder almost JOINED the action! LOL i couldn't even MOVE cause i was freaked out about how freaked i was! ha ha
anywho that was the best one i have been too. :) i like the ones that are outside... cause "ANYTHING" can happen in the outside... this one was really cool cause it had a corn maze in the beginning and then you go through a barn which is TIGHT spaced and there was something WET AND SLIMMY on the wall... BLEH! (can i get my hand sanitizer) and then you go through the WOODS... nice... i wanna go back! ;)
welp it's almost time for me to go... got cheerleading practice tonight soo.... TA - TA!

im not a cheerleader per say.. im a COACH! :) i use to cheer from 6th to 11th grades so im qualified! :) plus it was all linzy's idea for me to help out this year, but i get to be more involved in whats going on in her life now because of it.. so that's good! :)

i worked in a haunted house before, i drank and saw in a wheelchair with a clown mask on, made some child shit his pants and then i had to deal with the smell of shit for 3 hours. fun fun. lol Also how old is your sister?

Adam: no prob. my hubby had a dog that was like his "Brother" he was 15 i think when they had him put down cause he couldn't walk or eat or anything mark is still really sensitive about it and it was like 6 years ago! :( very sad...

hey, just saw this comment... the true answer is that i have good friends who live in lousiville and who i like to visit a couple times a year. the not-so-true answer is that i am, in fact, stalking you. what, you didn't notice me crouched behind that pile of pumpkins? ;)
